By commissioning me you’ve read and accepted the following

Payment
• 100% payment upfront
• No refunds unless I am unable to finish your commission for any reason
• Prices shown are base prices and will increase depending on complexityImportant
• SKEB/surprise me commissions, I will only work with the references provided
• References MUST be provided, NO text descriptions unless it’s to add to the reference picture(s)
• No set date (takes around one to two weeks) but a set deadline results in an extra fee
• Artwork given is the final art, no changes will be made to it
• Mistake fixes only
• I am able to reject requests for any reason (ex: my ability to create the piece, believing it doesn't fit my art style, etc)
Please don't feel offended, this is solely based on my ability or skill to complete the commission and sometimes I don't feel comfortable knowing it might not work out
• Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
• Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.General
• Artstyle may vary
• Colors will be adapted to fit my artstyle, state if any colors are crucial to the design (like neons, so I don’t make it a pastel and/or try to keep the essence of it in my art)
• I have artistic freedom based on the description/reference(s) given, but I will try my best to match the reference(s) given
• No backgrounds will be added, only a color background (usually white unless stated otherwise)Use
• I have the right to publicly share my art on my social media accounts (let me know if you want to remain anonymous)
• Credit if you post the commission anywhere
